OASIS on-call Survey may be used for inbound calls or outbound, proactive surveying. It may be utilised to to monitor a call centre’s own service, conduct market analysis and research or quickly and efficiently poll product or service test groups.
Surveys may be administered on a random basis, using time parameters or according to previously saved information such as online activities, products previously purchased, the caller’s place of residence or account status.
Callers may enter input using either natural speech or DTMF. Results are made available immediately in the form of on-line reports and may be exported to third-party programs for further evaluation and analysis.
