  • Workstations: 360 Workstation from Volt Delta enables DA service providers to offer multiple services, such as national and international directory assistance, yellow pages, enhanced directory services, mobile and incognito directories and more, via a single interface, with consistent keying and commands across the board. Intuitive, ergonomic and easy to learn, it can also be easily adapted to add new services.
  • CTI Integration:  With 360 CTI Volt Delta can flexibly integrate CTI capabilities provided by existing switching architecture in a number of ways. Standard functionality such as automated number announcement (ANA) and call completion as well as more advanced features such as store and forward and “whisper” functionality for voice automation are all possible.
  • Messaging:  Volt Delta's 360 Messenger supports multichannel communication, with SMS as both an inquiry and delivery channel and MMS, WAP Push, email and fax can all be added as delivery channels.
  • Gateways: 360 Inbound and 360 Outbound gateways from Volt Delta allow outbound and inbound access to/from the databases of other DA service providers nationally and internationally, via the E.115 or OSA protocols.
  • Statistics & Reporting: With Volt Delta solutions call centre administrators have full access to all system-critical metrics as well as easy-to-use report generation tools.
