The OASIS platform is well proven in its ability to replace ageing, legacy public switch based operator assistance services.

The Volt Delta OASIS platform provides a modern, feature rich and cost effective solution that allows any telco to offer operator assistance services on a modern, capable and flexible service platform. As well as fully supporting operator assistance services it also supports emergency services where required and, of course, other generic contact centre services all from a single, fully integrated platform.

OASIS provides a carrier grade switching solution with integrated SS7 support as well as the ability for the platform to migrate to a full Next Generation Network architecture with SIP signalling.
