The EIDQ's activities include but are not limited to, commercial, technical, regulatory and operational issues within the directory information industry, primarily in Europe. The organisation currently numbers over 40 members from across Europe and meets several times per year.

The EADP has been active since 1966 as a meeting point for all companies involved in the publication of directories and as a touchstone for all issues related to this field. Volt Delta has been a member since 2002. Its main activities are providing news, actively helping shape legislation and supporting its members' business activities.

 The Pierz Group provides consulting services and forecasts on the Directory Assistance/Directory Enquiry (411) and broader information services market, including the emerging wireless directory assistance opportunity and competitive markets.

Whitaker Associates, run by long-time industry analyst Stuart Whitaker,  monitors and analyses the directory services and related sectors as well as publishing a daily newsletter called The Operator Daily.

Consulting ApS have a combined more than 30 years of operational and practical experience in the directory markets of Europe.  Yellow Pages Today! conferences and workshops bring together directory publishers from around Europe.
