Volt Delta releases its fully automated voice survey application

SUNBURY-ON-THAMES/MUNICH, JUNE 11 2008: Volt Delta International, a subsidiary of US based Volt Information Sciences (NYSE: VOL) has released its fully automated voice survey application. This allows any contact centre to measure the quality of the service they provide in a simple and cost-effective way.

OASIS on-call Survey from Volt Delta is a fully featured survey application allowing contact centres to create automated voice surveys that are simple to configure, quick to deploy and cost effective to use.

Using a standard web browser interface, a contact centre manager can configure a survey campaign within minutes, selecting the appropriate questions to ask from the comprehensive pre-built question sets, complete with professional quality voice recordings. The OASIS on-call Survey application supports either DTMF or speech recognition for the caller and also allows customers’ comments to be recorded to allow capture of more generalised feedback. The Survey application is designed to support multiple languages, with this initial release offering full support for both the English and German languages.

Results from each survey are continually updated in real-time by the OASIS Web based management reporting package which provides both trend analysis and threshold reporting. Survey data can also be easily exported in many standard formats for use in an organisation’s reporting processes or for distribution via e-mail.

A range of deployment options is available to quickly provision Survey to any existing contact centre environment, including simple agent handover at the end of a call or by automated outbound dialling.

The Survey application is highly scalable in order to meet the needs of organisations of all sizes.
