Product News: The release of 360 marks the succesful integration of the Volt Delta and varetis directory information service portfolios
Volt Delta International is pleased to announce the release of 360, its new directory information services portfolio that marks the successful integration of the product sets of Volt Delta and varetis solutions. Coupled with the OASIS family of next-generation switching, routing and IVR products, Volt Delta now offers the contact centre industry two strong brands representing the broadest set of solutions from a single source.
The name 360 was chosen because of this completeness and because of the portfolio's flexiblity, enabling Volt Delta International customers to move into new markets in any direction. 360 can power traditional contact-centre services as well as personalised directory services, advertiser-based models, full voice automation and location-aware services, all of which are future growth areas.
360 can also be utilised for national and international directory assistance, print and new media yellow pages, automated SMS and mobile Internet directories, Web-based directories as well as to manage and access subscriber data.
OASIS provides proven switching and routing capabilities for these services and in a range of contact-centre settings, including operator assistance and emergency services.
The launch of 360 will further give Volt Delta International the opportunity to bundle its solutions for the directory service industry into a powerful, integrated portfolio whilst offering concerted support to the OASIS brand as interest in its unique call and media routing, distribution and IVR capabilities grows in both the carrier and enterprise contact-centre segments.
