Additionally it will support BT’s directory assistance services, including 118500, and other operator assistance services such as its alarm and reminder services and a wide range of wholesale services.

Munich, 19 October, 2009 -  Volt Delta International, a subsidiary of US based Volt Information Sciences, has been chosen by Switzerland’s largest health insurance provider, Helsana, to provide a solution that enables fully voice automated telephone surveys. Helsana is using the solution, OASIS on-call Survey, following calls to its Sales Call Center to monitor how satisfied customers are with the company and its services.
