BT selects Volt Delta

Sunbury-on-Thames, England, January 20, 2010: Volt Delta International Ltd, a subsidiary of US based Volt Information Sciences (NYSE: VOL), is to supply its switching and contact centre system to BT plc in the UK, to support a wide range of BT’s operator services including its national 999 emergency call handling service. Additionally it will support BT’s directory assistance services, including 118500, and other operator assistance services such as its alarm and reminder services and a wide range of wholesale services.

Helsana Implements Voice Survey Solution from Volt Delta

Munich, 19 October, 2009 -  Volt Delta International, a subsidiary of US based Volt Information Sciences, has been chosen by Switzerland’s largest health insurance provider, Helsana, to provide a solution that enables fully voice automated telephone surveys. Helsana is using the solution, OASIS on-call Survey, following calls to its Sales Call Center to monitor how satisfied customers are with the company and its services.
