In addition, train-the-trainer programs ensure that system knowledge can be disseminated quickly and effectively within your company.

All training programs culminate in VoltDelta International Certification and are designed to give participants hands-on knowledge of the systems they will be working with moving forward. Documentation is furnished upon course completion as a handy reference source for participants once back on site.

Customer Support

VoltDelta International offer extensive customer support via a dedicated organisation. Support levels are agreed upon individually and can include 24-hour global availability, onsite support, helpdesk, real-time diagnostics and monitoring, enhancements and upgrades management and complete hosted solutions. VoltDelta International certified support engineers have up to 20 years of experience and extensive knowledge of all licensed software and systems. All support and maintenance processes conform to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 standards.

Hosted Services

VoltDelta International hosts a wide range of services for its customers, including automated speech applications, Internet portals, ACD infrastructure, VoIP telephony, data hubbing and directory assistance platforms over a variety of media. We install, maintain and monitor services around the clock, generate valuable statistics and provide second-level technical support. VoltDelta conforms to ISO 27001 standards for Secure Hosted Facilities for Customer Data.
