These applications make the best possible use of speech recognition, text to speech, pre-recorded speech and DTMF combined with intelligent call flow design to efficiently provide the caller with the service they desire.

All applications are available for rapid deployment within the OASIS on-call hosted services environment, but can also be deployed on-premise at the customer site where this is required. Additionally a hybrid model can also be proposed where systems may reside on a customer site but are managed and maintained by Volt Delta’s team of specialists.
