
Munich, 19 October, 2009 - Volt Delta International, a subsidiary of US based Volt Information Sciences, has been chosen by Switzerland’s largest health insurance provider, Helsana, to provide a solution that enables fully voice automated telephone surveys. Helsana is using the solution, OASIS on-call Survey, following calls to its Sales Call Center to monitor how satisfied customers are with the company and its services.
OASIS on-call Survey allows contact centres to design and configure speech surveys within a matter of minutes and to go live immediately afterwards. Surveys are created and launched by clicking together any number of more than 30 professionally recorded questions and setting dialog options using an intuitive, Web-based interface. Contact centre agents can hand callers off to the fully automated OASIS on-call Survey immediately following the call, freeing them up to continue working and ensuring impressions are fresh in the customer’s mind.
Results in the form of reports and recorded audio are available in real time, on-line, and may also be exported to third-party applications for further analysis. OASIS on-call Survey is a fully hosted solution from Volt Delta International and thus can be implemented with minimum initial costs and risk and with “zero IT” required on site.
