Quality management processes at Volt Delta International have been subject to rigorous assessment by the TÜV Süd Management GmbH each year since 1994. Volt Delta has received certification in each of the 19 preceding years in which it has been audited and is committed to further optimising its processes in order to better meet the needs of our customers.

ISO 27001 Certification: Secure Hosted Facilities for Customer Data

The Volt Delta International GmbH business activity "Operations and Services of Hosted Production Contact Centre and Voice Solutions”  has been certified by the TÜV Management GmbH as fulfilling and adhering to the requirements of the ISO 27001:2005 norm for Secure Information Management Systems (ISMS). Certification is awarded to companies who have made a demonstrable commitment to handling information and data - including data from customers - safely and responsibly. The ISMS audit takes place on a yearly basis.
